Copyrights

Authors who publish in Revista TEATRO agree to the following conditions:

• In accordance with Law 17.336 on Intellectual Property, authors hold exclusive moral rights over their work published in Revista TEATRO. Therefore, they can claim authorship and oppose any deformation, mutilation, or modification made without their express prior consent.
• Authors agree to comply with the Editorial Guidelines of Revista TEATRO.
• Authors declare that the work submitted to the journal is an original and unpublished work, and they are the original and exclusive holders of the author's moral and economic rights over the article, in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned Intellectual Property Law; they also declare that if they have used third-party works in the creation of the article, whether in whole or in part, they have obtained the respective authorizations or licenses from their respective holders, or their use is expressly covered by one of the exceptions established by the law.
• Authors expressly exempt Revista TEATRO from any subsequent liability for any legal, regulatory, or contractual infringement that they may eventually commit or have committed in relation to the work, agreeing to indemnify any damages resulting from such infringement. The opinions and contents of the published documents are the sole responsibility of their authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of the journal.
• Authors expressly authorize Revista TEATRO to have publication, editing, reproduction, and distribution rights, including making the article available to the public online through electronic or digital means in its original language. This authorization is granted free of charge, indefinitely, perpetually, non-exclusively, and irrevocably (so that the author may grant a similar authorization to other parties but may not invalidate the one granted to this journal), while the corresponding rights exist, therefore exempting the journal from any payment or remuneration for the exercise of the mentioned rights.
